It is important that even if our children are doing well in studies to get an assessment done. This gave us an understanding of multiple options after the tests. The analysis showed new gateways when we were just focusing on IIT JEE. Ms. Kavita was most patient and helpful in exploring various ideas including our misses on his artistic abilities. Engaged Kavita Agarwal for career counseling at a critical decision point (post 2nd PUC, with average marks and no clear direction). While my son was considering options like AI/data analytics, his natural inclination has always been towards food; both in appreciation and cooking. The interaction was structured and inclusive, incorporating inputs from both the student and parents. The psychometric report was clear and largely aligned with our observations. The key value was introducing B.Tech. in food technology as a viable and relevant career path, an option we were previously unaware of. Overall, a directional and insightful engagement.

I had a counselling session with Ms. Kavita for my son to help determine a career path. She is very calm, patient and sure on every suggestion. Completely different alternatives are also provided. She insists on choosing a personality aligned path and not based on peer pressure or money. Seeing that as a mother, I too chose to have a session with her myself. The tool involved, the questions asked were so relevant. I felt understood as a person and not just seen as a client. The system generated report is detailed yet simple without involving any unnecessary jargons or diagrams. Once again personality aligned alternate paths are suggested that are attainable with a realistic and positive prospective income possibilities. Definitely helped in making good informed choices and workarounds.
